Project Summary

The purpose of this project is to obtain comprehensive molecular (genetic, transcriptomic and epigenetic) data of biliary tract cancers including intra/extra biliary tract and gall bladder cancers and to discover novel therapeutic targets. The data will further be jointly analyzed with the Singapore BTC project group to explore unique molecular signatures (mutational process or epigenetic/transcriptomic signature) associated with distinctive ethnic/epidemiological backgrounds.
